Today..

.. I walked from Blackford to Tillicoultry.
9 miles. 1800 ft. 9 friggin hours.
It was hellish.
Really bad.
Will I never learn ?

    Actually Alan, I'm only 27, but I've had a hard life. When I got home I switched on the blood pressure monitor and I had 80/50. My granny has better BP than that and she's been dead for 40 years!
    And what do "they" know about it, Kenny ? Eh ?
