I certainly thought that way in the summer of '63

A good day today and starting to breathe again. Might even   get back to the hils after all - eventually.

  1. I rebuilt a 1952 pre-unit Bonneville and went round the TT circuit on it. magic.
    The Vincent is nice and so's the red head.

      In town before Christmas there was a small crowd of greasers gathered round an Ariel Sqare 4. A beast of a machine!

  3. It was the first production road bike with a (quite enormous) speedo calibrated to 150mph.

    The stuff of which legends are made!

      Especially the Donnie Bypass !
